Autumnal Leaf Festival which represents Umekoji Park

In the Japanese garden Suzaku-no-niwa Garden which Umekoji Park is proud for, there are about 150 Momiji trees(Japanese maples).From mid-November, it will be colored red everywhere.

About "Umekoji Park Autumnal Leaf Festival"

Umekoji Park Autumnal Leaf Festival, a very popular event. In Suzaku-no-niwa Garden which the Umekoji Park is proud for where autumnal leaves will be illuminated at night. It is its feature that you are able to appriciate the illuminated autumnal leaves in such a wide space which is only 15 minutes walk away from the crowded Kyoto station. We are also working to implement energy-efficient and noise-free events by utilizing LED lighting, solar power, and portable power sources. This year, “Umekoji Kyoto West Station” just already open, making access very convenient. You can enjoy the autumn leaves in the spacious Suzaku garden at night.

梅小路公园引以为傲的日本庭园"朱雀庭院"的红叶将会被打上美丽的艺术灯光，供人欣赏，非常有人气。虽然距离嘈杂京都车站步行仅十五分钟的距离，也可以在宁静宽广的空间里可以尽情欣赏被灯光映照的红叶是梅小路红叶节的特点。此外，我们还利用LED照明、太阳能发电和便携式电源，致力于实现节能且无噪音的活动。由于毗邻梅歌寺公园，“梅小路京都京都西站”非常方便。在宽阔的朱雀庭内，请悠闲平静地欣赏夜色下的红叶！

Highlights

The highlight of this festival is the autumnal leaves reflected in the water surface. You can never see such a beautiful reflection of autumnal leaves in the central water surface but in here. It is now popular on SNS and many people at home and abroad have been visiting the park and had a nice time here. This year, we are also hosting the "Quiz de Momiji" event for children in elementary school and younger. Participants who answer all questions correctly will receive a commemorative gift.

梅小路公园红叶祭的看点是倒映在水面的红叶。在园内中央的浅池里，红叶被映照十分鲜艳，这种景色可以说是只有朱雀的庭院才有的。并且最近在社交软件上被广泛推广，受到了国内外众游客的青睐。今年还将举办面向小学生及以下儿童的“红叶知识问答”活动。答对所有问题的参与者将获得纪念品。

To all visitors To avoid congestion, the use of tripods (including monopods) for taking photos during the Autumn Leaves Festival is only allowed after 8:00 PM. Even after 8:00 PM, if the venue is crowded, restrictions on their use may still apply.

致所有来场的各位 为了避免拥挤，红叶祭期间的摄影活动，三脚等设备（包括独脚架）仅允许在晚上8点以后使用。此外，即使是晚上8点以后，如果场内人多拥挤，可能也会限制使用。
